The opportunity

We are searching for a mid-level Flutter Engineer who will help craft elegant, multi-platform applications that reach millions of users. In this fully remote role you will join our U.S.-based squad of designers, product owners, and backend developers, translating complex requirements into polished code that delights both clients and end-users. Your work directly advances our mission to lead influential companies into the future of mobile technology.

A day in the life

• You architect and refine scalable Flutter applications, writing clean Dart code and integrating REST APIs to keep features fast and reliable across iOS and Android.
• You meet with clients to clarify goals, share progress, and adjust direction, ensuring every build meets both technical and business expectations.
• You review teammates’ pull requests, champion best practices such as the Bloc pattern, and explore the latest Flutter and Dart updates so our projects stay at the leading edge.

Who you are

You bring at least three years of hands-on Flutter and Dart experience, along with a solid grasp of mobile architecture and state-management tools like Bloc. You have worked with REST APIs and automated testing, and you communicate clearly whether you are deep in code or presenting updates to stakeholders. Exposure to native iOS or Android development is a plus, but your growth mindset and eagerness to share knowledge matter most. You thrive in a fast-paced consultancy where every project teaches something new.
