We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager based in Colombia to join our team and act as a vital link between our clients and our support operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client accounts across diverse industries simultaneously.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients and ensure all service standards, including KPIs and SLAs, are consistently met.
- Collaborate with support teams to refine processes and improve the overall customer experience through strategic planning.
- Mediate concerns between clients and consultants to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor service quality and maintain internal product documentation to ensure all legal and financial agreements are upheld.
- Support the growth of your team members by assisting with hiring, training, and professional development.
- Maintain team discipline and foster a positive corporate culture.
Must-haves
- Fluent English proficiency at a C1 or C2 level.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role or two years of experience in customer support.
- Strong critical thinking skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
- Experience using customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Hubspot, or Aircall.
- Familiarity with data analysis, statistics, and support-related KPIs.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively using platforms like Jira, Asana, Monday, or Wrike.
- Excellent communication skills and experience with tools like Zoom and Google Suite.
- A proactive mindset with a track record of taking ownership of tasks.
