A day in the life
- You will contribute to our mission by performing high-quality solar installations, electrical work, or project coordination tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.
- You will collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals, ensuring that every project meets our rigorous safety and quality standards.
- You will maintain active communication and documentation, utilizing tools like Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat to manage schedules and project logistics effectively.
Who you are
You are a senior-level professional with a strong background in the solar or construction industry. You communicate effectively in English and possess the technical skills necessary to excel in our fast-paced environment. Depending on the specific role, we look for the following qualifications:
- Relevant industry certifications such as OSHA 10 or OSHA 30, and appropriate electrical licenses like a Journeyman or Master Electrician credential.
- Proven experience in residential solar installation, electrical blueprint reading, or project management.
- For field-based roles, you must have a valid driver's license and the physical ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and lift heavy equipment in various weather conditions.
- For office-based roles, you are proficient in scheduling software, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.
- A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for all team members.
