What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Flight Test Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is eager to tackle complex engineering challenges. You will be instrumental in our mission to refine the performance and safety of our aircraft through rigorous testing and analysis.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with our flight operations team to manage aircraft configurations and conduct safe, efficient test flights.
- Design, execute, and document comprehensive flight test plans that directly support our primary company objectives.
- Investigate aircraft anomalies by analyzing flight data and developing effective corrective actions to improve our systems.

- A Bachelor’s degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering.
- Proven experience in aircraft guidance, navigation, and control.
- Strong proficiency in technical data analysis using tools like MATLAB, SciPy, or Julia.
- Fluency in English.
We also value candidates who bring additional technical expertise or certifications, such as:
- Programming skills in C++, Python, or Rust, along with experience using Git.
- Practical experience in manned or unmanned flight test engineering.
- Possession of an FAA private pilot's license or a Part 107 certificate.
