We are currently seeking a Flavor Scientist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a mid-level role for a professional who is passionate about product development and wants to contribute to our goal of excellence in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Utilize your expertise in flavor ingredients to develop and refine novel formulations, while compounding flavors and e-liquids for rigorous testing and evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including regulatory, toxicology, and quality teams, to ensure all raw materials and formulations meet our high standards.
- Provide technical flavor support and guidance to stakeholders, ensuring that development goals and project milestones are met consistently.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemistry, biology, food science, or a related field.
- Between 3 and 5 years of relevant industry experience, specifically with a strong working knowledge of flavor ingredients.
- Proven hands-on experience in compounding flavor ingredients at the bench.
- Exceptional attention to detail regarding record-keeping and documentation, with a focus on ALCOA practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
- Experience with chromatographic techniques, formulations chemistry, stability testing, or work within a regulated industry is considered a plus.
What we offer
