We are currently looking for a First line servicedesk employee to join our IT team of eight, where you will play a vital role in maintaining our digital environment and supporting our colleagues.
Key outcomes
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT support, assisting users both remotely and on-site.
- Manage and resolve support tickets using the Autotask system.
- Maintain the accuracy of our configuration management database and oversee user account administration.
- Provide support for mobile devices and assist with onboarding sessions for new employees twice a month.
- Document complex technical issues and escalate them to the appropriate second or third-line teams when necessary.
- Contribute to our knowledge base by drafting and updating FAQ documentation and user manuals.
Requirements
- A completed MBO-4 diploma in an IT-related field.
- One to two years of professional experience in a helpdesk or servicedesk environment.
- Strong technical proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and mobile device management.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken.
- A customer-oriented mindset combined with strong analytical and documentation skills.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and switch effectively between various tasks.
Preferred qualifications
- Possession of an ITIL Foundation certification, or a willingness to obtain one upon joining.
Compensation
We offer a gross monthly salary ranging from € 3.100 to € 3.300 for a full-time position. In addition to your salary, you will receive:
