What you'll be doing
- You will design, develop, and optimize embedded firmware for our current and future physical security products.
- You will collaborate closely with our hardware and software teams to ensure the seamless integration of new features across our systems.
- You will maintain and refactor our firmware codebase, including working on low-level device drivers, bootloaders, and kernel modules to ensure high performance and reliability.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in embedded systems and Linux environments. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in firmware development.
- Expertise in C/C++ programming for embedded systems.
- A solid understanding of Linux system programming, including kernel development.
- Experience with bootloader development, secure boot mechanisms, and firmware updates.
- A passion for research and development, including hands-on experience with hardware evaluation boards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
- Fluency in English.
