The role

We are looking for a Financial Sales Adviser to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a junior-level position designed for someone who is hungry for success and ready to launch their career. You will be at the forefront of our client interactions, managing relationships and providing expert guidance on financial account options.

Core responsibilities

• Actively manage a portfolio of clients to identify and provide the best financial account solutions for their specific needs.
• Drive sales performance by consistently meeting and exceeding targets in a commission-heavy environment.
• Utilize our internal technology platforms to manage client data and streamline the advisory process.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong drive for financial growth and the ability to communicate effectively in English. We require candidates to have A-level qualifications, with a preference for those who have studied Mathematics. While a university degree is not strictly required, having one is considered an asset that will help you stand out during the selection process. You should be comfortable with technology, skilled in client management, and naturally gifted at sales.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a base salary of £30,000. Beyond the base pay, you will have the opportunity to earn significant commission, with the potential to reach £60,000 in your first year if you are dedicated to your work. Our benefits package includes:
