About the Role
We are searching for a Financial Project Management Intern to join our finance department on an internship basis. In this role, you will work directly under the ERP Project Manager to support the implementation and administration of our financial systems. This position is ideal for a student who is eager to gain hands-on experience in project management and system integration within a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the ERP Project Manager with the implementation of our new ERP system, including coordinating between teams, supporting users, and conducting system testing.
- Lead training sessions and manage change processes, which includes documenting workflows and preparing for future project phases.
- Administer and improve our existing finance tools by automating processes and managing user requests related to purchase orders and travel expenses.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree at a business or engineering school with a strong interest in project management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, combined with a highly organized and rigorous approach to work.
- Strong communication skills in both English and French, as you will be interacting with various stakeholders across the company.
- A proactive, curious, and hands-on mindset, with bonus points for familiarity with VBA or an interest in the blockchain and crypto industry.
Location
This position is an on-site role based in Paris, France.
