The Financial Times is a globally recognized news organization known for its commitment to accuracy, integrity, and authority. We are currently seeking a Senior Finance Systems Technical Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will help us modernize our internal applications and shape the future of our finance systems. Based in the United Kingdom, this position operates on a hybrid model, allowing you to balance remote work with in-person collaboration. You will play a vital part in a dedicated group of specialists who support our mission to provide quality information to over one million digital subscribers every day.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards using BI Publisher and OTBI while supporting data replication between Oracle and external tools.
Create and support seamless integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP and other systems using Oracle Integration Cloud, including REST and SOAP services.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to system connectivity, data flows, and integrations to ensure optimal performance across our financial modules.

Requirements

At least 3 years of professional experience as a technical analyst or developer specifically working with Oracle Cloud ERP or EBS.
Strong technical proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
Proven experience in designing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, including familiarity with FBDI, web services, and business events.
A solid understanding of Oracle Cloud Financials modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
