What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Finance Systems Integration Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role where you will take charge of designing, developing, and managing complex integration solutions. You will be the primary technical authority for our Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) initiatives within our Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environment, ensuring our financial systems are robust, scalable, and efficient.

What will you do?

• Lead the end-to-end development of OIC integrations, connecting our Fusion Finance modules with various third-party systems.
• Translate complex business needs into technical specifications while overseeing the full lifecycle of integration projects from initial concept to post-launch support.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to our offshore team members to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have at least four years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud. You are comfortable working in English and possess a deep technical toolkit that includes:

• Advanced proficiency with OIC cloud adapters such as REST, SOAP, FTP, HCM, and ERP.
• Expertise in integration design patterns, including file transfer, scheduled, and app-driven models.
• Strong familiarity with FBDI uploads, XSLT, lookups, and mapping features.
• A solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and API management.
