Role at a glance
We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position that can be performed entirely remote from anywhere in the United States. You will report directly to the Director of Finance and play a vital part in our company's growth.
Your impact
- Take ownership of our corporate finance model, key metrics, and the annual budgeting process, including all quarterly forecasts.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to budget owners by leading quarterly budget versus actual reviews and collaborating with our People and Talent teams on headcount planning.
- Drive operational efficiency by implementing new FP&A software tools and preparing high-level materials for our senior leadership, board members, and investors.
What you'll need
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or investment banking.
- Strong proficiency in G-Suite applications and expert-level skills in MS Excel.
- A proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise software startup is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English.
Perks and compensation
