Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our finance and insurance operations, ensuring that every vehicle sale is handled with precision, integrity, and a focus on long-term profitability.

Your impact

• Partner with Client Advisors to present and sell finance, insurance, and warranty products while maintaining control of all transaction paperwork.
• Protect our gross profit margins by securing effective financing solutions and managing lender relationships.
• Train our sales staff on the benefits of our financial programs to ensure they can confidently communicate these options to our customers.

What you'll need

To thrive in this position, you should bring a strong background in sales, finance, and compliance. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and committed to ethical business practices. You must be fluent in English and possess the following qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• At least three years of relevant experience or a comparable combination of training and professional history.
• A valid state insurance license, or the ability to acquire and maintain one, along with a commitment to ongoing credit insurance education.
• A deep understanding of federal, state, and local regulations governing vehicle sales and finance departments.
