About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a senior-level position where you will be instrumental in building our internal finance function from the ground up. You will report directly to our Chief Executive Officer and work closely across the organization to manage our financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both high-level strategy and the hands-on work required to scale a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of our dynamic financial models, including performing frequent scenario analyses to support our product and company strategy.
• Oversee our outsourced accounting partnership to ensure accurate monthly closes, audit readiness, and the implementation of effective financial controls.
• Lead the development and execution of annual and quarterly budgets while driving monthly budget versus actual analysis with our leadership team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A proven track record in finance, specifically with experience in implementing tech-enabled service solutions for commercial and enterprise clients.
• Professional experience working within companies at the Series A through Series C stages.
• Deep domain knowledge in education or healthcare is considered a significant plus.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, strategic finance, and KPI analysis.
• A scrappy, team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
• A genuine passion for our mission to provide accessible learning disability support to all students.
