The role

We are searching for a Senior Films Developer to join us in a full-time, on-site capacity. This position is designed for an experienced technical expert who thrives in a hands-on environment. You will serve as a key contributor to our research and operations teams, taking ownership of critical systems and driving projects from initial concept to final implementation.

Core responsibilities

• Lead the successful execution of projects focused on raw material exchanges and overall product robustness.
• Act as the local trial batch owner for our Winchester plant, where you will ensure the system remains operational and well-maintained.
• Serve as a technical specialist who consults with project teams, peers, and customers to share state of the art knowledge and foster novel innovations.
