Role at a glance

This is a full-time, senior-level position based on-site within the United States. You will serve as a vital member of our MSU and Technology Department, providing critical support to our operations and personnel across the company.

Your impact

• Install, diagnose, and maintain mobile surveillance units, including all associated wiring and hardware, using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Coordinate technical tasks effectively while ensuring all work meets our high standards and adheres to established safety policies.
• Collaborate closely with management to resolve operational concerns, conduct site tours, and provide detailed reporting on project progress and material needs.

What you'll need

• A High School Diploma, GED, or higher.
• Proven experience in low voltage troubleshooting and proficiency with multimeters.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to interpret technical procedures and brief management teams.
• The physical capability to climb ladders and lift up to 100 lbs.
• A clean criminal and driving record, plus the ability to pass a drug screening.
• A valid driver's license and the competency to tow trailers as required.
• PC proficiency, with bonus points for experience in software like Milestone xProtect, Avigilon Control Center, or Immix Guard Force.

Perks and compensation
