What you bring

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is based in the United Kingdom, specifically serving the North West of England or the Midlands. As a mid-level professional, you will be the face of our company while working hands-on at customer sites. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Executing carbon transfer operations for bulk tanker collections and deliveries of both virgin and reactivated carbons.
• Conducting site assessments to ensure all operations meet our high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Maintaining strong customer relationships while coordinating site activities between our logistics, production, and service teams.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have a solid foundation in maintenance and repair, ideally supported by a City and Guilds or NVQ qualification. We value candidates who are self-motivated and possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude toward their work. You must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, and you should be prepared to travel frequently, including a commitment to spending at least three nights away each week. Because you will be managing site data and reporting, you need to be computer literate with proficiency in Excel and Word. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as is a clean driving license, given the travel requirements of the role. Previous experience with health, safety, and environmental training is considered a significant advantage.
