We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join the Thomas Sanderson team as a Field Sales Representative. Key outcomes

• Conduct face-to-face consultations with customers in their homes to provide expert design advice.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with our clients.
• Promote and sell our premium range of products to meet sales targets.
• Manage your own schedule effectively to attend appointments during the day, in the evenings, and on weekends.

Requirements

• You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop.
• You need to be eligible to work in the UK.
• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is required.
• Strong organizational and planning skills are essential for managing your daily appointments.
• You should possess solid IT and literacy skills.
• We look for individuals who are self-motivated, enjoy meeting new people, and have a drive to close new business.

Compensation

This self-employed position offers an OTE of 50,000 GBP. You will also receive intensive, comprehensive product and sales training, along with ongoing mentoring and support from our team of experienced professionals.
