What is this role?
We are hiring a Field Sales Manager to join us on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a mid-level position where you will serve as the primary bridge between our organization and new customers. You will be responsible for managing and developing freight forwarding business activities, ensuring that our services align with our broader marketing and business strategies.
What will you do?
- Identify and monitor customer needs while collaborating with our support departments to tailor complete, effective logistics solutions.
- Manage and coordinate your own customer portfolio using our CRM system, Salesforce, to ensure all activities follow our internal guidelines.
- Independently handle the entire sales cycle, including providing quotations, drawing up contracts, and managing tenders to ensure a professional and uniform appearance for our brand.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in logistics and a drive for commercial success. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- You possess 1 to 3 years of experience in a commercial account management role within the freight forwarding industry.
- You hold a bachelor degree in a field relevant to logistics or international business management.
- You have a solid grasp of corporate financials, including profit, loss, and cost structures.
- You are fluent in both Dutch and English, with the intercultural skills necessary to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- You are a service-minded communicator who enjoys the challenge of working with high-profile clients and staying current with the latest industry trends.
