Key outcomes

  • Conduct door-to-door sales within our active network areas to expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive local engagement.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets.
  • Manage your daily schedule effectively to maximize customer interactions and sales opportunities.
  • Engage in informative, high-quality conversations regarding our products and services.
  • Represent the company at various events, including community days and pop-up locations.
  • Maintain accurate records within our CRM tools to ensure all sales applications are up to date.
  • Act as a local expert by providing valuable insights on your assigned territory and competitor activity.
  • Uphold our brand standards by maintaining your company vehicle, uniform, and equipment to a high level.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer-facing sales roles, such as retail, utilities, promotions, or door-to-door sales.
  • A strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Resilience and a positive, solution-oriented mindset when navigating challenges.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering excellent service and fostering strong customer relationships.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Fluency in English.

Compensation

The salary for this position is 65000 GBP. In addition to your base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
