What is this role?

This is a Senior Field Sales Engineer Representative position based on a full-time schedule. Because this role requires frequent interaction with customer facilities and direct collaboration with our engineering staff, it is an on-site position. We need someone with a strong background in technical sales who can manage the entire sales cycle while providing the high level of support our clients expect.

What will you do?

  • You will take the lead on finding new business opportunities in your assigned area, fostering strong relationships with clients, and managing the full sales process from initial qualification to closing the deal.
  • You will act as a technical bridge by visiting customer facilities to resolve complex engineering challenges, recommending specific machinery or materials, and providing essential support during the purchasing journey.
  • You will collaborate closely with our parent company engineers and your supervisor to develop strategic plans that help us hit our quarterly and annual sales targets.
