Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Field Operations Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in the United States, requiring a candidate who is ready to be where the action is. You will serve as the vital link between our software and the real-world environments where our customers operate, ensuring our technology drives success in critical missions.

Your impact

• Deploy and Integrate: You will take our technology from concept to operation on the ground, tailoring solutions to fit the high-stakes environments of our clients.
• Train and Support: You will act as the front-line expert, ensuring users understand our products and can push them to their full potential.
• Enhance and Evolve: You will turn user experiences into actionable insights, creating a feedback loop that directly informs our product development.

What you'll need

We are looking for a technical expert who understands the rigors of hardware engineering and possesses the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in hardware engineering environments, such as flight testing, satellite mission operations, or propulsion test stands.
• Strong proficiency in engineering tools including Nix, RTOS, Matlab, SQL, and Python.
• Experience with data management and visualization tools like Pandas and Grafana.
• The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to support our customers on-site.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS Clearance.
• Fluency in English.
