We are looking for a passionate Field Marketing Specialist to help us transform the beef and dairy industries. At Halter, we are redefining farming by providing farmers with the data and tools they need to save time and focus on what they love. As we scale rapidly across New Zealand and Australia, we need a creative storyteller to bridge the gap between our innovative product and the farmers who use it every day.
What is this role?
This is a full-time, senior-level position based on-site in our Auckland office. You will be a vital part of our marketing team, responsible for bringing the magic of Halter to life through regional and national events. This role requires someone who is comfortable spending time in the field, as you will frequently travel to engage with our customers and capture the stories that define our mission.
What will you do?
- Independently coordinate and execute a wide range of marketing and community events, including trade shows, expos, and farm open days.
- Collaborate with our design and customer teams to manage event logistics, merchandise orders, and attendee communications.
- Analyze field marketing data and gather direct feedback from farmers to continuously improve our processes and event outcomes.
What makes you a great fit?
You are an exceptional communicator who can easily shift between presenting to internal teams and chatting with farmers in the paddock. You possess a can-do attitude and a track record of delivering creative solutions under pressure. We are looking for someone who is comfortable managing budgets and setting up scalable processes while remaining resourceful when unexpected challenges arise. While experience in the agricultural sector is a bonus, a willingness to get out in the field and travel across New Zealand and Australia is a necessity.
