We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity based in India. Neo4j is the leader in graph database and analytics technology, helping organizations across the globe uncover hidden patterns in their data. With over 75% of Fortune 100 companies relying on our platform to solve complex problems, we are at the forefront of data innovation. In this senior role, you will be responsible for driving our regional marketing strategy, boosting brand awareness, and generating high-quality leads to support our continued growth in the Indian market.
Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize a diverse marketing mix to achieve key performance indicators, including marketing qualified leads and sales accepted opportunities.
- Design and implement regional marketing plans that align with our global objectives while respecting the unique cultural and business nuances of the Indian market.
- Manage comprehensive programs across multiple channels, such as trade shows, webinars, partner initiatives, and digital campaigns, to foster business growth and strengthen sales relationships.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in field marketing within a B2B environment, preferably at a fast-growing technology company.
- Deep knowledge of the Indian enterprise software market and the ability to navigate its specific business landscape.
- Proven expertise in managing multi-channel marketing programs and a strong background in project management.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to report on program ROI and pipeline progression.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, sales leaders, and external partners.
- Fluency in English is required, and familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Marketo is considered a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support regional initiatives.
