Key outcomes
- Design and implement a comprehensive field marketing strategy that engages universities, research labs, and academic conferences.
- Collaborate with our GTM Research Team to ensure all campaigns and content are authentic, credible, and resonate with the academic community.
- Manage our presence at academic events, including sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and on-the-ground execution.
- Cultivate a community of research champions and advocates by facilitating knowledge sharing and peer-to-peer connections.
- Develop partnerships with academic associations, ethics boards, and research networks to enhance our standing in the field.
- Drive the academic pipeline by working closely with our sales and account management teams to connect marketing efforts to revenue.
- Produce high-quality academic content, such as whitepapers, webinars, and research reports, that address the specific needs of our users.
- Monitor and report on key metrics, including engagement and pipeline influence, to ensure our marketing investments deliver measurable impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience in field marketing, academic marketing, or a related B2B marketing function.
- A strong track record of creating marketing programs that successfully drive pipeline growth.
- Demonstrated ability to manage event strategies, including sponsorships and speaker programs.
- Experience working in close partnership with sales or account management teams.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside content, research, and GTM stakeholders.
- A data-driven mindset and the ability to optimize performance against specific metrics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for sophisticated academic audiences.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
The base salary range for this full-time position is 120,000 USD to 140,000 USD per annum. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes equity compensation, paid time off, and the flexibility of a fully remote work environment.
