Field Marketing Manager at Beem Energy

At Beem Energy, we are tackling one of the most significant challenges of the 21st century by helping individuals participate in the energy transition with optimism. We have developed an ecosystem of hardware and software products designed to empower consumers to produce, manage, and save their own energy. Since launching our aesthetic, plug and play solar kit in 2020, we have continued to innovate, recently introducing three new solutions to further enhance energy autonomy. With a successful Series A funding round of 20 million euros and a dedicated team of over 45 professionals, we are looking for a passionate Field Marketing Manager to join our mission and help us scale our impact.

Key outcomes

• Develop and execute viral marketing campaigns, ranging from traditional materials like flyers to creative ambassador programs, to boost customer referrals.
• Enhance the overall customer experience to drive organic sharing, ensuring every interaction sparks positive emotions and curiosity.
• Build and manage a robust ambassador program that reflects our core values and amplifies our brand reach.
• Organize local events to generate excitement, attract new customers, and provide qualified leads to our sales team.
• Analyze the return on investment for all marketing initiatives to continuously optimize our strategy and performance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in field marketing with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a B2C audience.
• A creative mindset paired with excellent active listening skills.
• Proficiency in analyzing marketing results and translating data into actionable insights.
• Fluency in French.
• A genuine interest in the solar energy sector and our specific product offerings.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience managing social media campaigns.

Compensation

We offer a hybrid work environment. While this role is based in France, we are open to candidates who reside within a three-hour train ride of Nantes to facilitate regular team collaboration. You will join an ambitious, supportive team that values both high standards and kindness, with opportunities to work alongside mentors who have contributed to major projects at companies like Google, Livi, and Doctolib.
