Since launching our aesthetic, modular, and connected plug and play solar kit in 2020, we have empowered people to become their own energy producers in under an hour. With 20 million euros in Series A funding and a talented team of over 45 people, we are now expanding our impact with three new products: Beem on, Beem Roof, and Beem Battery. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team and accelerate the transition toward renewable energy.
The opportunity
As our Field Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in our growth by designing and executing viral marketing campaigns. Reporting to our Head of Brand, you will collaborate with our teams and brand ambassadors to foster excellence in customer experience and drive organic growth. This position is a full-time, hybrid role based in France, and we are open to remote work as long as you are within a three-hour train ride of Nantes so you can visit us easily.
A day in the life
- You will develop and test creative marketing actions, such as flyers and ambassador programs, while analyzing initiatives to maximize viral reach.
- You will craft unique, exclusive experiences that trigger positive emotions and pride, ensuring new customers feel a strong connection to our mission from the start.
- You will organize local events to generate excitement, manage our community of ambassadors, and analyze the return on investment for all field activities to optimize future performance.
Who you are
We are looking for someone with at least two years of experience in field marketing who can point to successful projects they have led. You should possess strong interpersonal skills and feel comfortable delivering a commercial message to a B2C audience. You are a creative thinker with a talent for active listening, and you are comfortable analyzing marketing data to extract actionable insights. A strong interest in the photovoltaic sector is essential, and any prior experience with social media management is considered a plus. You must be fluent in French.
