As a Senior Field Marketing Manager based in Canada, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our local brand presence and driving regional revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor an integrated team of marketing, PR, and communications professionals, with a focus on fostering their career growth and success.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and global marketing teams to design and execute strategies for market expansion and growth.
- Develop regional business development plans, including conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform our positioning.
- Manage the annual regional marketing budget, overseeing expenditures across photography, video, awards, and other promotional activities.
- Partner with our performance marketing team to utilize CRM data, email automation, and social tracking to gain actionable insights.
- Oversee the quality of all regional marketing materials, including presentations, webinars, and event collateral.
- Serve as a hands-on coach, leading high-profile business development pursuits and contributing directly to content strategy.
Must-haves
- At least 5 to 8 years of professional experience in marketing and communications, ideally within a high-growth tech environment.
- A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience with a proven track record of hiring and developing talent.
- 3+ years of experience managing PR and event management agencies.
- Demonstrated success in executing both virtual and in-person events and trade shows from start to finish.
- Proficiency with digital marketing channels, including Google Display Network and LinkedIn Ads.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with HubSpot, CRM platforms, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build consensus among executive stakeholders.
