Field Marketing Manager at Shipium

The role

We are seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, though we have a preference for candidates based in the Chicago area. You will play a vital role in designing and executing our field marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and generate new business opportunities. You will be the face of our brand at industry events, working closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Partnership teams to connect with our customers.

Core responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and attend industry conferences, trade shows, and webinars to generate high-quality leads and business growth.
• Serve as the primary onsite lead for events, managing all logistics, vendor relationships, and the production of marketing materials.
• Track and analyze the performance of field marketing activities, measuring return on investment and sharing actionable customer insights with internal teams via Salesforce.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience in field and event marketing.
• Proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple vendors and complex logistics simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across departments.
• A willingness to travel for events and conferences.
