We are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. AlphaSense provides AI-driven market intelligence to over 4,000 enterprise customers, helping the world's most sophisticated companies remove uncertainty from their decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute field marketing strategies that align with our regional business goals and corporate objectives.
- Partner with sales teams to build targeted campaigns that generate leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Plan and manage regional marketing events, including trade shows and local activations.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize our strategy and demonstrate clear return on investment.
- Manage segment-specific budgets to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
- Coordinate the logistics for events, such as shipping materials, managing booth properties, and tracking promotional items.
- Develop localized marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency across all initiatives.
- Ensure all event-related lead metrics are accurately recorded and followed up on by the team.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a role focused on event support.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Salesforce CRM, Marketo, and Asana.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities under pressure.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with experience using both qualitative and quantitative data to meet revenue and marketing goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A willingness to travel 30 to 40 percent of the time within your assigned region.
Benefits
The base compensation for this role ranges from $99,000 to $130,000 USD. In addition to salary, we offer the following:
