Greenlight Guru is seeking a highly motivated Field Marketing Manager to join our remote-first team. We provide a leading SaaS platform that helps innovative medical device companies bring life-changing products to market, and we are looking for someone to help elevate our event strategy and drive demand generation.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a variety of field marketing programs, including tradeshows, roadshows, executive dinners, and virtual experiences.
- Manage all event logistics, such as booth design, AV equipment, travel arrangements, and collateral materials.
- Oversee pre-show and post-show communications, including internal team training and follow-ups with prospects and partners.
- Ensure all marketing activities remain aligned with our established budgets.
- Collaborate with our marketing, sales, and customer success teams to identify target accounts and coordinate meeting requests.
- Use Asana to manage project timelines, event calendars, and campaign documentation.
- Analyze the performance of field marketing efforts to calculate ROI and provide recommendations for future initiatives.
Must-haves
- At least 3 years of professional experience in field or event marketing.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and project management tools like Asana.
- Experience utilizing event platforms such as Goldcast or Eventbrite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with vendors and partners.
- A willingness to travel 10-20% of the year.
- Fluency in English.
Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.
