We are looking for a motivated Field Marketing Associate to join our team. What you'll be doing

• You will own the end-to-end execution of our field marketing programs, which includes managing logistics for conferences, trade shows, and supplier-sponsored events.
• You will act as the primary point of contact on-site, ensuring that booth operations, inventory management, and lead retrieval run smoothly while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence.
• You will work cross-functionally with our Sales and Supplier Partnerships teams to track performance metrics, manage event reporting, and ensure that every interaction helps strengthen our relationships with the scientific community.

What you'll bring

• A bachelor’s degree in a life science-related field, ideally backed by strong academic performance.
• A high level of organization and a get-it-done mindset, as you will be responsible for everything from shipping and booth setup to solving real-time logistical challenges.
• The ability to travel frequently, as this role requires 50 to 60 percent travel to support our event calendar.
• Strong communication skills in English and a comfort level with tools like Salesforce, which will help you manage lead capture and follow-up processes effectively.
• A base in the Bay Area, allowing you to commute to our headquarters or warehouse as needed.
