The Field Events Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in boosting brand awareness, engaging customers, and driving lead generation by planning, organizing, and executing field marketing events. This position involves managing all aspects of event logistics, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring each event is delivered successfully from start to finish.

Essential Functions

Coordinate and manage field marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, sporting events, etc.

Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and resources.

Secure event venues, negotiate contracts, and coordinate logistics including setup, and teardown.

Create and oversee promotional materials, including invitations, social media posts, email campaigns, etc.

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align event objectives with business goals.

Coordinate with vendors, partners, and sponsors to ensure smooth event execution and strong partnerships.

Serve as the main point of contact for event-related inquiries and communication.

Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of events and identify opportunities for future improvements.

Required Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant experience.

Preferred Education/Experience

Experience in B2B marketing and working with cybersecurity or VAR businesses.

Analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

Skills/Abilities

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to travel and work evenings or weekends as needed.·

Problem solving and decision-making capabilities.·

Ability to maintain professional demeanor in times of high stress.

Work Environment

Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment.

Travel may be required up to 15%.

May be required to work evenings, weekends to meet company and customer needs.

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

Must be able to move about inside a professional office.
