What is this role?
We are searching for a Senior Field Brand Ambassador to join us on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role where you will spend nearly all of your time traveling within your assigned territory to support our agent locations. You will be the face of our brand, working to grow business volume while ensuring our services are effectively represented in the market.
What will you do?
- Drive business growth by visiting all agents in your territory, ensuring locations meet our brand standards, and actively engaging with consumers through in-store events and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor daily production numbers and market conditions to identify trends, resolve issues, and provide actionable reports to our Marketing and Sales teams.
- Educate and train agents on our products and services, including our rewards program, while assisting with equipment maintenance and software installations.

- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Previous experience in the money transfer industry is considered a significant plus.
