The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Field Applications Engineer to serve as the vital link between our internal product teams and the clients who rely on our technology every day. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the United States. You will be the face of our technical expertise, helping customers navigate our product integrations while providing the hands-on support necessary to turn challenges into successful outcomes. By working closely with our engineering and research departments, you will help shape the future of our products based on the direct feedback you gather from the field.
A day in the life
- You will manage the full lifecycle of customer support, from assisting with pre-sales demonstrations to providing dedicated post-sales troubleshooting and on-site technical guidance.
- You will design and implement custom solutions tailored to specific client needs, ensuring that our integrations work seamlessly across their various platforms.
- You will maintain clear records of all interactions through case tracking management and create high-quality technical documentation to empower our users and internal teams.
Who you are
You are a highly experienced professional who understands that technical excellence is just one half of the equation. You communicate fluently in English and possess a deep background in engineering, sales, and product development. You are someone who enjoys the process of diagnosing complex issues and documenting your findings so that others can learn from them. Most importantly, you are comfortable working directly with customers and collaborating with internal R&D teams to escalate and resolve critical technical cases.
