In just four years, we have raised 370 million dollars and grown a global team of over 220 experts, including 49 PhDs, while launching our high-performance Metis AI platform. We are looking for a Field Application Engineering Manager to lead our efforts in the Americas, bridging the gap between our cutting-edge hardware and our customers' deployment needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale our Americas-based FAE team to ensure technical excellence and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage the full lifecycle of customer engagements, from initial evaluation to successful production deployment.
- Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex issues, coordinating closely with our R&D and product teams in Europe.
- Collaborate with commercial leadership to align regional technical support with our broader business goals.
- Advocate for customer requirements to influence our product roadmap and continuous improvement efforts.
- Establish scalable processes for knowledge sharing and technical support across the region.
Must-haves
- A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in field engineering, technical sales, or customer success within the semiconductor, AI, or embedded systems industries.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical leadership or management role.
- Hands-on proficiency with AI frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with embedded systems and computer vision deployment.
- Technical fluency in Python and CUDA.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 40 percent of the time within the Americas, plus occasional international travel.
