We are currently inviting participants from the Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship program to join our team for a full-time, hybrid experience where you can apply your passion for renewable energy in a professional setting.
Responsibilities
- Engage in a structured fellowship program designed to provide hands-on experience within our renewable energy operations.
- Participate in a comprehensive mentorship and buddy program to support your professional development.
- Take part in formal training sessions and professional networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with our teams in a hybrid environment to gain insights into our industry-leading energy projects.
- Work toward the potential for a full-time role upon the successful completion of your fellowship.
Must-haves
- Active participation in the current Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship cohort.
- A strong interest in the renewable energy sector.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity within the United States.
