You’ll work side-by-side with product managers, engineers, and designers to make sure our tools are easy to use, highly effective, and tailored to the needs of professionals like you. No coding or AI experience required—just curiosity, collaboration, and a drive to make federal work more efficient and intelligent.

Define quality checklists to ensure AI outputs follow FAR/DFARS guidelines.

5–10 years of experience in federal, state, or local government contracting, with hands-on involvement in proposals, contracts, or capture work.
A deep understanding of how public sector procurement works—especially the real-world challenges around timelines, compliance, and customization.
Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific requirements, and how they show up in actual deliverables.
Great communication skills—you’re comfortable explaining complex rules or workflows in plain English.
A natural curiosity and willingness to learn how AI works in the context of federal work (we’ll support you every step of the way).
Experience giving thoughtful feedback on content, documents, or tools, especially with the end user in mind.
