We're building the kind of game studio where engineers shape the vision from day one, and we're looking for a senior developer ready to own the features that players will feel the moment they launch our first title.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time senior Features Software Engineer role based in the United States on a hybrid schedule. You'll work end-to-end on UI and backend systems that power social, meta-progression, and game-flow experiences in our debut game.
Your impact
- Translate creative direction into production-ready features by designing and shipping both the front-end UI and the supporting backend systems.
- Build and maintain game features, tools, and services using Unity's Data-Oriented Tech Stack (DOTS) in C# along with Blend/XAML for interface work.
- Collaborate daily with designers and fellow engineers to review, refine, and iterate on systems that directly shape the player experience.
What you'll need
You bring at least five years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on game features development. You're fluent in English and excited by both UI craftsmanship and backend architecture. You thrive when given ownership, enjoy jumping into adjacent areas, and approach new technologies with curiosity rather than hesitation. A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for game development round out the profile we're seeking.
Perks and compensation
The base salary range for this position is $155,000 - $290,000. In addition to salary, every new hire receives equity, and we support professional development, hybrid work flexibility, and a comprehensive benefits package. Our studio culture values transparency, ownership, and trust, and we keep the team small so individual contributions are felt across the entire game.
