Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position located at our office in Tempe, Arizona. You will take ownership of our entire solar cell and module fabrication infrastructure, ensuring our facility operates at peak efficiency to support our ambitious production goals.

Your impact

• Oversee the full spectrum of our manufacturing infrastructure, including HVAC, electricity, process gases, chemical storage, and waste treatment systems.
• Collaborate closely with our equipment and production teams to install, hook up, and commission advanced processing machinery.
• Manage our facilities budget, coordinate with external contractors and utility providers, and supervise our maintenance engineering staff to ensure seamless operations.

What you'll need

We are looking for someone with a strong technical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where multitasking is the norm.

• A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience managing facilities within an industrial setting.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing equipment installation and commissioning processes.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing, facility startups, or managing service providers is highly preferred.
• Relevant safety certifications, such as OSHA 10/30 or HAZWOPER, are a plus.
• Fluency in English.
