What you'll be doing
- You will manage incoming inquiries from employees, technicians, and vendors by phone and email, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to an excellent customer experience.
- You will utilize our facilities case management tools to assess the nature of each request, troubleshoot issues, and dispatch work orders to the appropriate parties for resolution.
- You will maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency, handling an average of 45 requests per day while supporting our team in meeting established service level agreements.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues. We require a high school diploma and look for candidates who have experience working in a call center or helpdesk environment. You should be comfortable navigating computer systems, specifically Microsoft Office, and be capable of managing large amounts of data. Excellent listening and communication skills are essential, as is your ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in English is required, and you must be based in the United States to perform this remote role.
