Facilitator / Leadership Trainer at LifeLabs Learning

At LifeLabs Learning, we serve as the primary resource for science-backed, practical training designed for managers and teams. We are a diverse collective of researchers, consultants, and experience designers who specialize in teaching high-impact skills like inclusion, feedback, and coaching to help teams perform better. We work with some of the world's most innovative organizations, including Reddit, Sony Music, and The New York Times, to build lasting cultural habits. We are currently accepting applications for a Senior Facilitator / Leadership Trainer to join our team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive learning plan to become internally certified in our core workshops, focusing on leadership, productivity, communication, and inclusion.
• Deliver engaging training sessions to a wide range of audiences, including executives, individual contributors, managers, and entire teams.
• Serve as a local representative in your city, managing both virtual sessions and in-person workshop responsibilities.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in adult teaching and facilitation, supported by a deep understanding of psychology and empirical research methods.
• A genuine passion for learning and the ability to maintain high standards of performance as measured by internal certifications and participant feedback.
• For virtual sessions, you must provide a quiet, distraction-free environment with a reliable internet connection.
• While not mandatory, we value candidates who bring previous leadership experience, a graduate degree, or a background in client-facing or startup environments.

What we offer

For this full-time position, we offer a starting salary of $110,000 USD for those based in Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago, Atlanta, or Boston, and $120,000 USD for those based in San Francisco or New York. In addition to competitive compensation, you will benefit from our hybrid work model, which balances the flexibility of remote work with the impact of in-person engagement.
