Responsibilities

Develop and implement reinforcement learning algorithms to convert sensor data into high-value industrial decisions.
Build intelligent systems that allow domain experts to configure AI agents without the need for manual coding.
Apply your engineering expertise to solve complex, real-world problems in highly sensorized industrial environments.
Collaborate across a distributed team using documentation-first and asynchronous communication practices.

Must-haves

Extensive experience in Engineering, specifically within the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Reinforcement Learning.
Strong proficiency in Data analysis and Automation workflows.
Fluency in English to support our collaborative, global work environment.
