Role at a glance

We are seeking an Experimentation Lead to own and operate our proprietary experimentation engines and methodologies. This is a full-time, remote position for experienced professionals. While we offer significant flexibility, you must reside in one of our approved states, including Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, or Wyoming.

Your impact

• Serve as the internal subject matter expert, driving our learning roadmap from initial hypothesis generation to final causal analysis.
• Design and execute high-impact randomized controlled experiments that deliver measurable gains and inform company-wide rollouts.
• Lead, mentor, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing across the organization to elevate our collective experimentation capabilities.

What you'll need

We are looking for a data-driven leader who thrives in complex environments. You should be fluent in English and possess the following qualifications:

• Extensive hands-on experience building and deploying end-to-end experimentation programs at scale.
• Advanced proficiency in statistics and data science, with the ability to navigate non-ideal learning environments.
• Strong technical skills, including expert-level SQL for data extraction and intermediate Python for statistical programming.
• A deep understanding of ecommerce experimentation, specifically within pricing, advertising, or content strategy.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills to manage stakeholders and drive major initiatives.
