At Goodnotes, we are on a mission to make studying and working more efficient and enjoyable by creating the ultimate digital paper solution. We strive to be the go-to tool for note-taking, helping our community share knowledge, collaborate, and learn together. Our team is driven by a passion for innovation, and we believe in dreaming big, taking ownership, and winning together like a sports team. We are looking for someone who shares our obsession with the user experience to help us bring our brand to life in the real world.
The opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Experiential Marketing Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role is vital for our upcoming marketing campaigns across the USA. You will serve as the face of Goodnotes at live activations, managing the logistics and execution of our offline brand experiences. If you are a creative professional who loves building memorable moments and can showcase the power of our award-winning app in person, we would love to have you on board.
A day in the life
- You will lead the charge in event planning and logistics, ensuring that every detail is managed from the initial project plan to the final onsite execution.
- You will act as a true product expert, engaging directly with attendees to demonstrate the app, share our unique value propositions, and gather valuable feedback to help us improve.
- You will oversee technical and event production, which includes coordinating with vendors, managing merchandise, and providing hands-on support to ensure our displays look perfect.
Who you are
You are a senior-level professional with at least five years of experience in experiential marketing, events, or creative agency environments. You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting where priorities can shift quickly. You are comfortable working independently and are ready to travel for events about once or twice a month.
Your background includes:
- Strong technical skills to handle onsite event production and IT support.
- A high level of attention to detail and exceptional time management abilities.
- Fluency in English.
- The physical capability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in various indoor or outdoor environments.
- A flexible approach to scheduling, as you are willing to work during afternoons, evenings, and weekends when our events take place.
Why you'll love it here
Working with us means joining a team that values growth and collaboration. You will have the chance to represent a leading, award-winning app and play a direct role in shaping how our community experiences our brand. We provide a dynamic environment where your contributions are recognized and your expertise is valued as we continue to push the boundaries of digital note-taking.
