We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic product team. In this critical role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of financial flows, ensuring efficient operations across our products. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in data management, fintech industry expertise, and a talent for leading cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with a broad set of stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Legal, Cap Markets, Payments teams, Support, Product, and others) to map their workflows, deeply understand their needs and to ensure seamless product performance and data validity.
- Develop features that align with our business objectives and OKRs, and ensure data and financial flows effectively support the company's strategic goals.
- Define technical specifications for initiatives and features (includes writing clear and concise product specs, features cards, and other product documentation).
- Work closely with engineering teams throughout the development process to verify that features comply with specifications, remove blockers, and develop release plans.
- Independently handle day-to-day operational issues/ bugs that come up in production, collaborating with both ops , finance and tech teams.
- Operate fairly independently, building and maintaining relationships in multiple locations.
- This role will require regular meetings with folks across the U.S., Israel, and India, and manage the internal tools roadmap, focusing and prioritizing high-impact features
What We Look For:
- 5+ years experience as a Product Manager (preferably within fintech).
- Ability to exercise good business judgment to prioritize features/ initiatives.
- Advanced analytical skills, including experience with data analysis and SQL.
- A self-starter with a strong bias to action who can move projects forward, manage stakeholder expectations and lead a cross-functional team toward product solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of launching multiple successful products and features.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills and ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex projects with limited resources and competing priorities.
- B.A. or B.S. in physics, computer science, engineering, or related field.
Bonus points if you also have:
- Experience in fintech
- Previous work experience in a technical role is a plus
- Masters, PhD, or MBA will be considered when evaluating work experience
