About the Role
We are hiring a Senior C++ Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site position. This role is designed for an experienced professional who wants to take ownership of the entire development spectrum, from initial ideation to production support. You will play a vital role in shaping our trading infrastructure and will work directly with both technical and business experts to build innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full life cycle development of C++ applications, including exchange gateways, trading strategy execution, risk management, and trade reporting.
- Build and analyze experiments to improve technical performance while ensuring results are valid and reproducible.
- Collaborate with our quant team to share insights and leverage data for the optimization of our technical systems.
Requirements
This is a senior-level role requiring significant professional experience. To be successful, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional C++ programming experience, specifically within low-latency environments.
- A strong background in the trading industry or high-performance system development.
- Deep proficiency in writing clean, high-performance code, with a solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, STL, Boost libraries, and multi-threaded programming.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- An ownership mentality and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
