The opportunity

As an Experience Architect, you will serve as the primary advocate for the end user throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, human-centered designs. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading the charge on product vision while remaining deeply involved in the hands-on work of research and prototyping. You will help shape our culture of innovation and ensure that every digital solution we build delivers genuine value.

A day in the life

• You will plan and moderate both qualitative and quantitative user research, turning raw data into actionable insights through methods like ethnographic study and contextual inquiry.
• You will collaborate with software developers and product managers to define requirements, ensuring that the final product is both technically sound and highly usable.
• You will create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, using iterative testing to refine designs and validate concepts before they reach the market.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least five years of experience within a design or UX team, having played a key role in launching successful digital products. You hold a degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or Interaction Design. Your toolkit includes proficiency with industry-standard software like Axure and Sketch, and you are comfortable working within an Agile environment. You possess a strong portfolio that showcases your ability to conduct usability testing, facilitate whiteboard sessions, and communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders. You are fluent in English and have a natural ability to guide multifunctional teams through the complexities of the design process.
