What you bring

In this full-time, senior-level role, you will act as a bridge between our software developers, product managers, and diverse stakeholders. You will be instrumental in researching, designing, and developing high-quality digital experiences. Your expertise in Engineering, User Research, UX Design, Usability Testing, Prototyping, Wireframing, Agile, Axure, Sketch, and Interaction Design will be vital to our success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Advocating for the end user throughout the entire product lifecycle by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams who may be new to user-centered design.
• Planning and moderating comprehensive qualitative and quantitative user research to derive actionable insights that drive product strategy.
• Developing high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to facilitate rapid, iterative testing and enhance overall customer value.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a deep understanding of human-computer interaction and a proven track record of success. You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Psychology, Human Factors, or a related field. We require at least five years of experience as a key member of a design team, specifically within the full product development lifecycle. You must be comfortable working in an Agile environment and possess the ability to translate complex data into clear, user-focused knowledge. Proficiency in English is required, along with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to plan for web and mobile applications while utilizing tools like Axure and Sketch. Ideal candidates are adaptable, excellent communicators, and passionate about design thinking and whiteboard facilitation.
