The role

We are searching for a Senior Experience Architect to join us on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will act as a bridge between various disciplines, working closely with software developers, product managers, and stakeholders to research, design, and bring compelling digital solutions to life. This is an ideal position for a seasoned professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to advocating for the end user throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

Core responsibilities

• Champion the needs of the end user by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure a user-centered approach to product development.
• Plan and execute both qualitative and quantitative user research, transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive concept development and product strategy.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to facilitate rapid, iterative testing and ensure every product delivers exceptional value and usability.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in design and research, along with the ability to communicate effectively in a multifunctional team setting. We require the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a key contributor on a UX or design team, specifically within the full product development lifecycle of successful digital applications.
• Proven expertise in ethnographic research, usability testing, and UX design methods.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to plan for web and mobile applications, turn complex data into knowledge, and facilitate design thinking workshops.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Axure and Sketch, as well as experience working within Agile environments.
• Fluency in English.
